What our checks mean

FlowRight is run by WebEstate. Before a business appears on our pages we check it, and we keep checking while it is listed. A badge only appears when the check has really been done and is still valid; it disappears if the evidence expires or is withdrawn.

Identity checked

We confirmed the identity of the person responsible for the business.

Business details checked

We checked the business's legal and trading names, structure and contact details, and, for companies, the Companies House record.

Insurance checked

We reviewed in-date insurance evidence covering the advertised work. It does not mean every job or claim is covered.

Professional registration checked

Where the law requires a registration for the advertised work (for example Gas Safe for gas work), we checked it on the official register.

WebEstate approved trader

Every check that applies was passed and a member of our team approved the business.

What the badges do not mean

The businesses are independent. WebEstate does not carry out the work and does not guarantee workmanship, safety, prices or outcomes. Always get a written quote, and check registrations yourself for regulated work. If something goes wrong, tell us at team@webestate.co.uk.
